At Dr Drone, we want to ensure your flight experience is seamless; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your equipment within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all drones and accessories are in their original packaging with all flight logs cleared.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Securely pack the drone, batteries, and controllers in their original protective internal packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location for inspection.
Technical Inspection & Refund
Our technicians will verify the hardware condition and flight data within 5 business days, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
